First, you will need to locate your ticket confirmation message which is sent in an email from tickets@ekka.com.au and via SMS from +61 483 931 859.
Locate the day change section at the bottom of that message and follow the instructions.
Note that this option expires at 11:59pm on Wednesday 6 August 2025.
