Need to change your day? Follow the step-by-step guide below.
Please note that a day change can only be done ONCE and no further edits can be made after 5pm Wednesday, 9 August 2023.
To change a Super Saver day to a Regular Day, charges may apply.
Step 1: Click the Day Change link provided in your ticket confirmation email. If you have deleted/lost the email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 07 3253 3900 for assistance.
Step 2: The ticket/s bought under the same Order ID (T#) will show on the Day Change pop-up screen. Select on the ticket/s that you would like to change the day for from the available days shown. Charges applied will display in a red text box at the bottom of the selection screen.
Step 3: Once the new day/s have been selected, please double check that the changes are correct as you can only change your day/s ONCE. Then, click "Continue" at the bottom of the page to proceed.
*If your new nominated day/s contain a change from a Super Saver day to a Regular day, clicking "Continue" will lead you to the Checkout page. Fill in your payment details and checkout, which will then lead you to the Confirmation page.
*If you new nominated day/s does not contain any changes from Super Saver day to a Regular day, clicking "Continue" will lead you to the Confirmation page.
Step 4: Check your email for the new confirmation email with the newly updated day/s updated on the attached ticket/s. Please give up to 24 hours before contacting us if you haven't received the new confirmation email. Remember to check your junk/spam folder as well.
